Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our RO water purifiers and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customer leads for RO products and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate inquiries and close sales.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable RO solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations.

  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely installation and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer feedback.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in RO systems or related appliances.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Basic understanding of RO systems and water purification technologies (training provided).

  • Must own a two-wheeler for local travel (preferred).

  • Minimum education: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

  • Language proficiency: [Local Language], English, Hindi.
